approach:

When involved in projects and communications, Eric approaches things totally different from most. Instead of focusing on WHAT people / customers think… he gains a deep comprehension on the HOW & WHY they think certain things!!!

Be it in his creative or professional endeavors, Eric has a deep comprehension of the powerful model and tool of Spiral Dynamics™ – also called “SDi”. Grasping its many implications allows for personal and social development and he’s been able to discover the answers to the following:

  • HOW people think about things
(as opposed to “what” they think)
  • WHY people make decisions in different ways
  • WHY people respond to different motivators
  • WHY & HOW values arise and spread
  • the nature of CHANGE
